What Fast Track Premium includes
Arrival formalities, with an agent by your side.
On arrival at a Moroccan airport, several stages follow one another: the corridor from the aircraft, passport control, sometimes a long queue, the baggage carousel, customs, then the exit and finding your vehicle. With Fast Track Premium, an agent accompanies you at each of them.

What Fast Track does not do
- It removes no formality: passport control and customs are state formalities, and you show your documents yourself.
- It guarantees no particular processing time: the priority lane depends on the airport and the hour, and your agent guides you to it when it is open.
- It does not replace your airline's check-in deadline on departure.
Our commitments
- Before you travel, you receive your agent's name and the meeting point in writing.
- If your flight is delayed, your agent follows the actual landing time and informs your chauffeur.
- The price is set before you book and does not change on arrival.
Your price
A price per passenger, set before you book.
Fast Track Premium is priced per passenger, at the same rate in our six airports, on arrival and on departure. Enter your flight and your travellers: the total is displayed immediately, taxes included, before you book.
- A child aged 2 to 12 pays half the adult fare, a child under 2 travels free.
- Booking at least 48 hours before the flight, online or by phone or WhatsApp. No booking is possible after that.
- Free cancellation more than 7 days before the flight, then 50% of the price until 72 hours before, and 100% after that. The 14-day right of withdrawal takes precedence.
- Arrival and departure are each booked with their own flight number: one booking for the arrival, one for the departure.
Fast Track and transfer
Fast Track and private transfer, coordinated by your agent.
Booked together, Fast Track and the transfer follow on directly: if the flight is delayed, your agent informs the chauffeur. The transfer is charged per vehicle, for the whole group.

Is Fast Track allowed?
Fast Track operates within the airport's rules and changes none of them. You show your documents yourself. Your agent welcomes you and guides you to the priority lane when it is open.
Why only one option?
It covers the entire arrival: an agent with you from start to finish and the handover to your chauffeur. Its price is the same in all six airports.
Is the price per person?
Yes. A child aged 2 to 12 pays half the adult fare, a child under 2 travels free. The exact total for your group is displayed before you book.
How far in advance do I need to book?

How do I recognise my agent on arrival?

Can I add a transfer?
Yes, in the same booking: on the booking page, choose "Both". Your agent informs your chauffeur directly: if the flight is delayed, the vehicle is waiting for you at the exit, with no action required on your part. The transfer is charged per vehicle, for the whole group.
