Booking
You give the service, the places, the date and the time. The price is shown before you book; bookings close 48 hours before your flight.
Confirmation
You receive the name of your agent, your chauffeur's name and the exact meeting point, in French or in English.
Welcome at the airport
Your agent meets you as you step off the plane with a sign bearing your name and assists you through the formalities.
Transfer to your address in Marrakech
Your chauffeur, informed of your arrival, drives you to your address in Marrakech, including from the other airports. The price remains the one set at booking.

No. The price is set when you book, before you travel. No amount is requested at the terminal exit, either in dirhams or in euros. The amount shown when you book is the amount you pay.
02Is Fast Track allowed?
Fast Track does not alter the airport's rules: it is a welcome and assistance service inside the terminal. You present your documents yourself, as this is a state formality. Your agent welcomes you and guides you to the priority lane when it is open.
03What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. The actual landing time applies, not the scheduled one. Your agent adjusts their arrival time and informs your chauffeur. No call is needed on your part, and no extra charge applies.
04How do I find the agent when I arrive?
Your agent meets you as you step off the plane with a sign bearing your name. You receive their name and the exact meeting point before you travel, in French or in English.
05Does the transfer price depend on the number of travellers?
No. The price applies to the vehicle, not to the seat: it is the same for one traveller or seven, within its capacity. Beyond that, we arrange several vehicles, each at its own rate.
