TMC Conciergerie is the concierge service of The Marrakech Curator (airport, transfers and on-site services), operated by the same company.

3. Status as a travel and holiday operator
TMC operates as a travel and holiday operator (opérateur de voyages et de séjours) within the meaning of Articles L211-1 et seq. of the French Tourism Code.
- Registration: TMC's application for registration in the register of travel and holiday operators kept by Atout France (200-216 rue Raymond Losserand, 75014 Paris) is currently being processed. The registration number will be published on this page as soon as it is issued.

4. Services and service providers
The services offered on the Site are sold and invoiced by TMC in its own name: airport Fast Track, private transfers, private drivers and city journeys, excursions and activities, private chef, wellness (massages, treatments), event organisation and on-site assistance. They are performed in Morocco by partner service providers selected by TMC (airport meet-and-greet agents, drivers, guides, chefs, wellness practitioners, activity organisers), holding the authorisations required by Moroccan regulations.

7. Intellectual property
The Site's structure, texts, graphic design and the names "TMC Conciergerie" and "The Marrakech Curator" belong to TMC. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without TMC's prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The Site's photographs were created for it and belong to TMC, except for those listed in the Credits section below.
8. Credits
The homepage hero photo comes from an image bank, under a licence that requires no attribution. Address search, distances and journey times go through Google Maps Platform; the coordinates of our list of places come from OpenStreetMap data (ODbL licence). The outline of the map of Morocco comes from Natural Earth, in the public domain. The phone-code flags come from flag-icons, under the MIT licence.
9. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended. The Site sets no cookies without your consent: the audience measurement and advertising cookies, set only if you accept them, and how to change your choice are described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy.

The Site links to other websites, including The Marrakech Curator's site and online maps. TMC has no control over these sites; their content and practices are the responsibility of their respective publishers.
11. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, after sending a written complaint to TMC and failing a satisfactory response within 60 days, consumer clients may refer the matter, free of charge, to the mediator:
