Airport to the city centre, Marrakech to Essaouira, Casablanca to Marrakech: the most requested journeys have a fixed price per vehicle, which the booking page shows before you book.

A price calculated from the road
The price counts the kilometres and the driving time of the vehicle, from its departure from our Gueliz base until it returns: the trip to you, the journey with you, the return to base. The rules are those of the price list, applied to your address.
On the Agafay tracks
A fixed price from Marrakech
Between Marrakech and the Agafay desert, the price is the one on our list, whatever the address of the camp. From another city, the calculation accounts for the track, which wears a vehicle faster than a road, without going below that list price. It is shown before booking, as for any other journey.

61 EURin a minivan, from the Palmeraie to the Medina, per vehicle. The Palmeraie is between 4.5 and 12 km from Jemaa el-Fna square: the Palmeraie price on our list applies. From Gueliz to the Medina, the same minivan costs 45 EUR.
The distance is measured in a straight line from Jemaa el-Fna square, and the address farthest from it sets the zone. Beyond 12 km, the price counts fuel and maintenance per kilometre, the chauffeur's time per minute and a fixed share per journey, over the vehicle's full journey from our Gueliz base until it returns. All taxes included, per vehicle.
To or from Marrakech, paid online. Our transfers leave from Marrakech or end there. Your booking is registered as soon as you pay, and its price does not change when you arrive.

The price of each journey is shown on the booking page, per vehicle, based on the zone of your address: up to 4.5 km from Jemaa el-Fna square, the city centre price on our list; up to 12 km, the Palmeraie price; beyond that, a price calculated from the road from our Gueliz base, never below the Palmeraie price. The same journey in the other direction costs the same. The address you choose is sent with your request, with its map: the chauffeur knows where to find you, including in a Medina derb.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A lone traveller and a family of six pay the same price for the same minivan, within its capacity.
How is the price of a journey within Marrakech calculated?
The price depends on the zone of your address, measured in a straight line from Jemaa el-Fna square: up to 4.5 km, the city centre price on our list (45 EUR in a minivan); up to 12 km, the Palmeraie price (61 EUR in a minivan); beyond that, the price is calculated from the road from our Gueliz base, never below the Palmeraie price. If the two addresses are not in the same zone, the farthest one decides.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight with the number given when you book, and the chauffeur arrives at the actual landing time. No call is needed from you.
Can the chauffeur drop me right outside my riad?
As far as the streets allow cars. A large part of the medinas is closed to traffic: the chauffeur drops you at the nearest access point and shows you the way. Let your riad know, most of them send someone for your bags.
Can you do a journey that does not go through Marrakech?
No. Our transfers leave from Marrakech or end there: from Marrakech to the city of your choice, or from any city to Marrakech, including from the six Fast Track airports.
Can I book on the day?
No. A transfer must be booked at least 48 hours before your flight or pick-up time, online or by phone or WhatsApp. No booking is possible after that.
