What the price includes.
Menara airport is 6.9 km from Jemaa el-Fna square. The price of your transfer is set when you book. The chauffeur knows the route and stops at the drop-off point nearest your address, including where the Medina's streets are too narrow for vehicles.

- 05Arrival at your addressDrop-off at your address. In the Medina, drop-off at the drivable point nearest your riad: let your host know, as most riads send someone for your bags.

Practical answers on the transfer from Menara.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A lone traveller and a family of six pay the same price for the same minivan, within its capacity.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight with the number given when you book, and the chauffeur arrives at the actual landing time. No call is needed from you.
Can the price change when I arrive?
No. The price is set and paid online before the trip. No further payment is requested at the terminal exit, in dirhams or in euros.
Do you have baby seats?
Yes. The baby seat is provided and fitted at no extra cost: on the booking page, count your baby among the travellers and the baby seat box appears, already ticked. Give the child's age in the message.
Can the chauffeur drop me right outside my riad?
As far as the streets allow cars. A large part of the Medina is closed to traffic: the chauffeur drops you at the nearest access point and shows you the way. Let your riad know your arrival time, most of them send someone for your bags.
