Marrakech airport fast track price: what is included

Three types of fast track offer

Before comparing prices, compare what is covered. Behind the words "fast track", "meet and greet" and "VIP welcome", you will generally find three types of offer, and they do not end in the same place.

As a rule, the shorter the scope, the lower the price. A priority lane on its own suits travellers who know the airport and already have their transport sorted. A full escort suits those who want someone with them from the first step in the terminal to the car: families with young children, first trips to Morocco, late arrivals, travellers who speak neither French nor Arabic.

Our Fast Track Premium is the third type, and it is our only formula: we do not sell an unescorted priority lane, or lounge access.

Fast track, meet and greet, VIP lounge: three different products

• Plain fast track: access to a priority lane, with or without an agent. It often ends after passport control. Usually the cheapest option.
• Meet and greet, or VIP welcome: an agent waits for you, sometimes as you step off the aircraft, and stays with you through the formalities. Depending on the offer, you are left at the exit, at a meeting point or with your driver.
• VIP lounge: somewhere to wait, usually on departure, sold alone or as an add-on. It does not save a minute at the checks. We do not sell lounge access.

Our Fast Track Premium is a full meet and greet: met as you step off the aircraft, passport control, customs, then handover to your chauffeur. On departure it starts at the drop-off point and ends at the departure lounge.

What our price includes, and what it does not

Included, under our booking terms:

• A welcome as you step off the aircraft, by an agent holding a sign with your name.
• An escort to passport control, guided to the priority lane when it is open.
• An escort through customs, and baggage assistance.
• Handover to your chauffeur, whom the agent alerts directly, even if your flight is late.
• Flight tracking: the actual landing time counts, at no extra charge.
• One point of contact, in English or French: TMC, a French company registered in Paris (RCS), which selects the partner agents and chauffeurs.

Not included, or not possible:

• No formality is removed. Passport control and customs are state formalities, and you present your own documents.
• No processing time is guaranteed. The priority lane depends on the airport and the time of day.
• No VIP lounge, no unescorted fast track, no help with connections or domestic flights.
• The transfer is not part of the Fast Track price. You book it alongside, from 45 EUR per vehicle from Marrakech airport to the Medina, Gueliz or Hivernage.

Children, infants, groups: how the total adds up

We charge per passenger, with two reduced rates.

• 200 EUR per adult, from age 13.
• 100 EUR per child aged 2 to 12.
• Free for children under 2.

Worked examples, on arrival:

• A couple: 2 × 200 = 400 EUR.
• Two adults and an 8-year-old: 200 + 200 + 100 = 500 EUR (the example published on our Fast Track page).
• Two adults, a 6-year-old and an 18-month-old: still 500 EUR, as the infant is free.

Departure is booked separately, with its own flight number, at the same price, so Fast Track both ways costs twice as much. The total appears on the Book page before you pay and does not change at the airport.

If you add a private transfer, it is priced per vehicle, not per passenger: from 45 EUR from the airport to the Medina, Gueliz or Hivernage. For a family of four, the transfer adds little to the total.

Our terms: booking, cancellation, withdrawal

• Book at least 48 hours before your flight time, online or by phone. Within 48 hours we take no bookings: the agent and the chauffeur have to be arranged in advance.
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the flight.
• Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as long as the service has not been performed.
• Prices in euros, paid by card on Stripe's secure page; the pound and dollar amounts on our English site are indicative.

These terms are stricter than some offers, especially on the booking deadline. That is the trade-off for a service where an agent and a chauffeur are booked by name for your flight.

Questions to ask before paying for fast track

Whatever the offer, ours included, these points explain the difference between two prices:

• Where it starts. Does the agent meet you as you step off the aircraft, or somewhere in the terminal?
• Where it ends. At the priority lane, at the baggage belts, at the exit, or with your driver?
• Customs. Is it part of the escort?
• Porter. Included, or charged as an extra? Our booking terms include baggage assistance; if you have a specific need (many cases, sports equipment), say so when you book.
• The displayed price. Is it a "from" price, before or after tax, per person or per group? Is there a child rate?
• Currency. A price in US dollars is paid with a conversion. Ours are in euros.
• Deadlines. How late can you book, and until when can you cancel for free?
• Transfer. Who meets you outside, and at what cost?

Why pay for an escort rather than a lane on its own?

Not to beat the average queue. According to Airports of Morocco, the average wait at arrival passport control in Marrakech was 6.86 minutes in the first half of 2026. The service earns its price when several European flights land in the same slot, at an airport that handled 10.2 million passengers in 2025 in terminals designed for about 7.4 million, and when you want someone with you from the moment you step off the aircraft to the car. Frequently asked questions

How much does fast track cost at Marrakech airport?

Our Fast Track Premium costs 200 EUR per adult, 100 EUR aged 2 to 12 and nothing under 2, on arrival or departure. Elsewhere, price differences mostly come down to scope: a priority lane only, an escort through the formalities, or an escort all the way to your driver.

Does the price cover arrival and departure?

No: each is booked and paid separately, with its own flight number, at the same price. Fast Track both ways therefore costs 400 EUR per adult.

Does fast track guarantee no waiting?

No: no service can remove passport control or customs, and no time is guaranteed. Your agent escorts you and guides you to the priority lane when it is open.

Is the transfer included in the fast track price?

No: the transfer is booked on top, from 45 EUR per vehicle to the Medina, Gueliz or Hivernage. The agent alerts the chauffeur and hands you over in person.

Can I book the day before?
