For any other question, write to us: we answer in French or English. ## At the airport. ### What is Fast Track Premium? An agent waits for you as soon as you leave the aircraft, with a sign bearing your name. They stay with you through the formalities, direct you to the priority lane when it is open and hand you over to your chauffeur. On departure, they stay with you from the drop-off point to the departure lounge. ### Is Fast Track available on departure? Yes, in all six airports. On departure, your agent meets you at the drop-off point and goes with you to check-in, then through the security and passport checks to the departure lounge. Arrival and departure are each booked with their own flight number, at the same price. Fast Track does not replace your airline's check-in deadline. ### Does Fast Track remove passport control? No. Border police checks and customs are state formalities that no service can remove: you present your own documents. Fast Track does not exempt you from any formality and does not guarantee any processing time. You remain responsible for the validity of your travel documents. ### Does Fast Track include baggage assistance? Yes. Under our [booking terms](https://www.tmcconciergerie.com/en/booking-terms/), Fast Track Premium includes the welcome by name, assistance through the formalities, baggage assistance and the handover to your chauffeur; on departure, assistance to the departure lounge. ### Which airports? Six Moroccan airports, all at the same price: Marrakech Menara, Casablanca Mohammed V, Rabat-Salé, Tangier Ibn Battouta, Fez-Saïss and Agadir Al Massira. Yes. Please specify your needs when booking, for example a wheelchair or walking assistance: we confirm availability before your flight. ### How much does it cost? On [the booking page](https://www.tmcconciergerie.com/en/book/), its price per adult and per child appears as soon as you choose the service, and the total once you have entered your travellers. It is counted per passenger, at the same price in all six airports, on arrival as on departure; a child aged 2 to 12 pays half the adult fare, a child under 2 travels free. ## On the road. ### Is the price per person or per vehicle? Per vehicle. A lone traveller and a family of six pay the same price for the same minivan, within its capacity: 7 travellers in a Minivan or a Mercedes Vito, 5 in a Mercedes V-Class, 8 to 16 in a Minibus. ### How is the price of my journey calculated? The most requested journeys have a fixed price per vehicle, shown on the booking page before you book. Others are calculated from the distance and the driving time of the vehicle, from its departure from Marrakech to its return. Between Marrakech and the Agafay desert, the price is fixed, whatever the address of the camp; from another city, the calculation takes the track into account. Within Marrakech, the price depends on the zone of your address: the city centre up to 4.5 km from Jemaa el-Fna square, the outskirts (Palmeraie, Amelkis) up to 12 km; beyond that, it is calculated from the distance. Enter your exact address (hotel, riad or street): the price shown is calculated from that address. No. Our transfers start from Marrakech or end there: from Marrakech to the city of your choice, or from any city to Marrakech, including from the [six Fast Track airports](https://www.tmcconciergerie.com/en/coverage/). ### Can you drive me from Casablanca airport to Marrakech? Yes. From [Mohammed V Airport](https://www.tmcconciergerie.com/en/casablanca-airport-transfer/), the journey to central Marrakech covers some 227 km of motorway, a little under three hours depending on traffic. Your chauffeur waits for you at the terminal exit, and the price, per vehicle, is shown before you book. ### Can you drive me around the city, without going via the airport? Yes: from your hotel to the Medina, from a riad to a restaurant, from the Palmeraie to the station. On the booking page, choose "A journey without a flight": the price depends on the zone of your addresses. ### Can the chauffeur drop me right outside my riad? As far as the streets allow cars. A large part of the medinas is closed to traffic: the chauffeur drops you at the nearest access point and shows you the way. We recommend informing your riad: most of them send a porter. The baby seat is provided and fitted at no extra cost: on the booking page, count your baby among the travellers and the baby seat box appears, already ticked. Give the child's age in the message. ### What about a group of more than 16 travellers? We combine several vehicles, each at full fare, for up to 44 travellers: one minibus and four minivans at most. The price shown is inclusive of all taxes. For a transfer: the name-sign welcome, flight tracking, the chauffeur, the air-conditioned vehicle and your luggage. Not included are stops not agreed at the time of booking, tolls outside the agreed route, personal expenses and tips. ### Do I pay when I book? Yes. You pay online, by card, on our provider's secure page: your booking is registered as soon as you pay, and its summary is emailed to you straight away. ### Can I pay on arrival, in cash? No. Payment is made online, by card, when you book: the contract is concluded on payment. No amount is requested at the terminal exit, either in dirhams or in euros. ### How far in advance do I need to book? At least 48 hours before your flight or pick-up time, online or by phone or WhatsApp. No booking is possible after that: for Fast Track, airport access procedures do not allow it. ### Can the price change on arrival? No. It is set and paid online before the trip. No amount is requested at the terminal exit, either in dirhams or in euros. ### What currency is the price shown in? In euros on the French site. On the English site, in pounds sterling (British flag) or US dollars (American flag). Amounts in pounds and dollars are indicative: online payment is made in euros, by card. ### What if I need to change or cancel? Let us know as soon as you can, by phone or by email. More than 7 days before the flight, cancellation is free and changes are free of charge, subject to availability. After that, cancellation costs 50% of the price until 72 hours before, then 100%. For Fast Track, the 14-day right of withdrawal takes precedence. If the airline's cancellation of your flight prevents the service, you are refunded in full, free of charge: our terms count it among extraordinary circumstances, like an airport closure. For a change of time or date, let us know as soon as possible: changes are free more than 7 days before the flight, subject to availability. ### Is travel insurance included? No. No insurance is included in the price. We recommend taking out insurance covering cancellation, assistance, repatriation and civil liability. ### Can I get a receipt for my expenses? You receive a written summary of your confirmed booking, with the service, the amount and the currency. For an invoice in your company's name, give us your billing details in your request. ## On the day. ### How do I find my agent? Your agent waits for you as soon as you leave the aircraft, with a sign bearing the name on your booking. Before you travel, you receive their name in writing. ### How do I find my chauffeur? Your chauffeur waits for you at the terminal exit, with a sign bearing the name on your booking. If you chose Fast Track and transfer, your agent calls the chauffeur and takes you to them: you have nothing to do. Before you travel, you receive their name and the meeting point in writing. ### What happens if my flight is delayed? We track your flight: the actual landing time applies. Your agent and your chauffeur adjust to it, with no action or extra charge on your part. ### I cannot find anyone at the exit. Call the number on your confirmation before leaving the terminal or getting into another vehicle. ### In what languages will I be welcomed?
