# Weddings, events and corporate groups: welcoming guests at Marrakech airport

To welcome wedding or event guests at Marrakech Menara airport, you book one service per flight: a private transfer priced per vehicle, from 45 EUR for a minivan to the Medina up to 406 EUR for 44 travellers to the Palmeraie, plus, where it helps, an agent who meets guests as they step off the aircraft (Fast Track, 200 EUR per adult). This guide shows how to organise guests arriving on several flights, with the prices on our booking page on 23 October 2026.

## How it works: one booking per flight

Guests rarely land together. Some fly from London on Thursday, others from Paris on Friday morning, close family the day before. Each booking carries one flight number, one landing time and one number of travellers, so three flights mean three bookings, each with its own vehicle and price.

The benefit is that each flight is tracked on its own. If the Paris flight lands an hour late, only that chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time, at no extra charge; nobody from the earlier flight is kept waiting. Departures are booked separately too, one booking per departing flight.

The organiser can book on behalf of guests: the page asks for the booker's details, then the travellers' names after payment. Before the trip we send, in writing, the chauffeur's name, the vehicle and a number that answers on the day. Pass these on to your guests. If nobody is waiting at the exit, they should call that number before leaving the terminal or getting into another vehicle.

## Vehicles and how many travellers each one takes

Every vehicle is air-conditioned, with a professional chauffeur, luggage loaded and unloaded, and a name sign in the arrivals hall after baggage reclaim.

Above 16 travellers on one flight, the booking page combines several vehicles, each at its own fare, up to 44 travellers: one minibus and four minivans at most. Above 44, send us a written request. A baby seat is supplied and fitted free of charge: count the baby among the travellers and the box is already ticked.

## What a group arrival costs, flight by flight

You pay per vehicle, not per person. For each flight the booking page lists the possible vehicle combinations with their price, and the cheapest is not always the minibus. Prices below were read on the booking page on 23 October 2026, from Marrakech Menara airport.

For nine people, two minivans cost less than a minibus; a single vehicle keeps the party together. Your choice, with every option priced before you pay. To a camp in the Agafay desert, a minibus for 16 is 228 EUR, whichever camp. On the English site, prices can be shown in pounds or dollars for reference; payment is in euros.

### Example: a wedding in the Palmeraie, three flights

Fast Track for all 35 would come to 7,000 EUR, plus transfers. You can keep it for the people who need it most: on a shared flight, book Fast Track alone for them and the transfer for the whole flight.

### Example: a corporate off-site in Hivernage

Thirty colleagues on one flight to a hotel in Hivernage: two minivans and a minibus, 212 EUR. Six board members on a different flight, with Fast Track and a Mercedes Vito: 6 × 200 + 61 = 1,261 EUR.

## Fast Track for guests: who it suits and what it does

Fast Track Premium is an escorted VIP welcome, often called meet and greet. An agent waits as guests step off the aircraft with a sign bearing the booking name, takes them to passport control and towards the priority lane when it is open, accompanies them through customs, then hands them over to their chauffeur, whom the agent has already alerted. For a group, give us the flight number and the number of travellers and we organise the welcome. It does not remove any formality: each guest shows their own passport to border police, and no clearance time is guaranteed. Airports of Morocco reports an average of 6.86 minutes at arrivals passport control at Marrakech Menara in the first half of 2026. An average is not a promise: the airport handled 10.2 million passengers in 2025, and when several flights land in the same slot, the wait builds at passport control. What you are buying for a guest is a predictable arrival and someone at their side from aircraft to vehicle: worth it for grandparents, a guest travelling alone with two children, or a keynote speaker you need on time.

## Deadlines, changes and a guest list that keeps moving

- **Booking**: at least 48 hours before the flight, online, by phone or WhatsApp. No booking is possible later than that; for Fast Track, airport access procedures do not allow it. For an event, book as soon as guests' flights are known.
- **Changes**: free more than 7 days before the flight, subject to availability; any price difference is shown before it applies.
- **Cancellation**: free more than 7 days before, then 50% of the price until 72 hours before, then 100%.
- **Flight cancelled by the airline**: if it prevents the service, full refund; our terms count it as an exceptional circumstance.
- **Fast Track**: consumers also have 14 days to withdraw, as long as the service has not been performed.

## Payment and invoices in your company's name

Full payment online, by card, in euros, on Stripe's secure page. The booking is recorded on payment and a summary is emailed straight away, showing the service, the amount and the currency. The price does not change on the day: nothing is asked of your guests at the terminal exit.

For an invoice in your company's name, include your billing details in your request. Your single point of contact is TMC, a French simplified joint-stock company registered in Paris (RCS Paris), in English or French. For a group, write to us before booking if you have a question.

## Getting guests home

On departure, the chauffeur collects guests at their address at a time agreed with you, based on their airline's check-in deadline, and drops them at Menara's drop-off area. With departure Fast Track, an agent meets them there and takes them through check-in, security and police checks to the departure lounge. Again, one booking per departing flight.

### Do we need one booking per guest?

**No: one booking per flight, covering every traveller on it.** Transfers are priced per vehicle and Fast Track per traveller; the flight total is shown before payment.

### How many travellers can one flight booking cover?

**Up to 44 online, with one minibus and four minivans at most.** Above 44, send a written request.

### Do you offer a group rate?

**The published price is the grid price: per vehicle for transfers, per traveller for Fast Track.** The booking page lists the vehicle combinations available for your group, each with its price.

### Can we get an invoice in our company's name?

**Yes: include your billing details in your request.** The booking summary already states the service, the amount and the currency.

### What if one of the guests' flights is delayed?

**The flight is tracked and the actual landing time applies, at no extra charge.** Only that flight's chauffeur adjusts; the other bookings are unaffected.
