What matters is the hand-off: the agent who meets you calls your chauffeur directly, including when the flight is late, and walks you to the car. You do not have to find anyone in the arrivals hall. Passport control and customs are state formalities that no service can remove. You show your own documents, and no clearance time is guaranteed. The agent takes you to the priority lane when it is open; whether it is open depends on the airport and the time of day. You present your passports; make sure yours is stamped on entry. 4. **Baggage and customs.** Once you have your bags, the agent escorts you through customs. 5. **The hand-over.** Your chauffeur, alerted by the agent, is ready and loads your luggage. 6. **The drive.** The airport is 6.9 km from central Marrakech, 15 to 20 minutes by road; 25 to 30 minutes to the Palmeraie (13.9 km), 28 minutes to the Agafay desert (22 km). 7. **Arrival.** Drop-off at your address or, in the Medina, at the nearest point a car can reach. Why pay for an escort when the average wait is short? Airports of Morocco reports that arrival passport control at Marrakech Menara took 6.86 minutes on average in the first half of 2026. That is a six-month average, quiet hours included. The airport handled 10.2 million passengers in 2025 in terminals the operator sizes at about 7.4 million, and when several European flights land in the same slot, passport control becomes the main bottleneck. You cannot know in advance whether your flight will be one of them. What you are paying for is a predictable arrival, with someone at your side from the aircraft to the car, not a guaranteed time. ## Worked examples: the door-to-door total These are our published prices on 20 October 2026, as shown on the booking page. Fast Track is charged per traveller, the transfer per vehicle for the whole party. The Mercedes V-Class is not offered on the desert track. - For any other address, the booking page calculates the price from the address you enter, before payment. The method is explained on our [Marrakech airport transfer](https://www.tmcconciergerie.com/en/marrakech-airport-transfer/) page. - On the English site you can display prices in pounds or dollars for reference; payment is always taken in euros. ## Choosing a vehicle Every vehicle is air-conditioned, with a professional chauffeur who handles the bags: **minivan** for up to 7 (offered by default, the most economical), **Mercedes Vito** up to 7, **Mercedes V-Class** up to 5, **minibus** 8 to 16. Larger groups travel in several vehicles, up to 44 travellers. A Toyota 4x4 (4 travellers) can be requested by phone for tracks. A baby seat is supplied and fitted free of charge. ## If your flight is late We track your flight from the number you give when booking. The actual landing time is what counts: the agent and the chauffeur adjust to it, with nothing for you to do and no extra charge. With "Both", the agent keeps the chauffeur informed while you are in the terminal, so the car is waiting when you come out. If the airline cancels your flight, you get a full refund: our terms treat it as an exceptional circumstance. A date change is free more than 7 days before the flight, subject to availability. If for any reason you cannot see anyone, call the number on your confirmation before leaving the terminal or getting into another vehicle. ## Medina riads: where the car stops Much of the Medina is closed to cars. The chauffeur drops you at the nearest point a car can reach and shows you the way. Let your riad know when you will arrive: most send someone to carry the bags. The booking page splits the Medina into four areas: Jemaa el-Fna and Koutoubia, Kasbah and Bab Agnaou, Mellah and Bahia Palace, Mouassine and Bab Doukkala. The price from the airport is the same for all four: 45 EUR by minivan, 61 EUR by Mercedes Vito, 101 EUR by Mercedes V-Class. ## Arriving on honeymoon The service is the same for a honeymoon. For more room on board, the Mercedes V-Class costs 101 EUR to the Medina. Any special request goes in the booking message. ## And the way home? Arrival and departure are booked separately, each with its own flight number: one booking for "I am arriving in Morocco", another for "I am leaving Morocco". On departure, the agent meets you at the drop-off point and escorts you to the departure lounge, at the same price as on arrival.
